The Removal Guys collect as little as possible — only what we need to quote your job.
When you send a quote request we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you add one, the service you need, collection and delivery areas, preferred date, rough size of the job, any photos you attach and any extra notes.
We use those details for one purpose only: to price your job and get back to you about it. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
Quote requests are kept while we are quoting and for as long as we need them for our own records of work carried out. After that they are deleted.
Under GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the quote form on this page and we will deal with it.
